ABOUT THE CURRICULUM

The Insight to Wellbeing curriculum is designed for individual practitioners and organizations to share an understanding of the mind and human experience for the purpose of reducing risk factors, uncovering resilience and promoting emotional and psychological wellbeing for adults and youth impacted by the criminal justice and other social service needs.

This curriculum is taught through a compilation of sessions that speak to the potential, ability, and resilience inside every human.

ABOUT THE RESEARCH

The Insight to Wellbeing is the first evidence-based, peer reviewed and research program by Pacific University conducted over a 5-year period -- utilizing randomized control groups, measuring hundreds of individual outcomes 3, 6 and 9 months after participating in the Insight to Wellbeing Program.

The study and all the measures showed an increase in psychological flexibility, increased emotional regulation, decrease in trauma response, decrease in violence, depression and anxiety.
